Shipping

all orders over $300 USD enjoy complimentary worldwide shipping, with a small flat rate for all other orders. in-stock items leave our studio within four business days and made to order items leave within ten days. you'll receive tracking details automatically when your package ships. 

once submitted, orders can be cancelled or modified within one hour by emailing info@studiolucinda.com. this policy excludes our made to order knitwear which goes into production immediately once the order is placed. 

lucinda does not take responsibility for packages refused due to customs.

 

Returns

to initiate a return, email info@studiolucinda.com and we'll issue a complementary return label corresponding with this policy.

we understand that sometimes a garment just isn't "you". while haul culture and retail giants have fostered a disposable approach to fashion, we advocate for conscious consumption and meaningful investment in your wardrobe. we encourage our customers to carefully review garment measurements before purchasing, while still providing flexible return options when needed.

for domestic orders, we offer two return options:

• return within 60 days of delivery for store credit valued at 110% of your original order. store credit never expires.
• return within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, less a $10 restocking fee

at this time international orders are not eligible for return. 

all returns must be regular-priced, unused apparel in original condition with tags attached. final sale items include made-to-order pieces, intimates, socks, earrings, gift certificates, and sale items. International orders are not eligible for returns.
